Christine and Mike walk down the aisle after getting married at the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester, Massachusetts

You wish for certain stars to align on your wedding day — good weather, good timing, good food, happy guests, you know, the classic wedding wishes.

Turns out Mike and Christine got all of their wedding wishes that day. They could not have had a more perfect day for their wedding on the beach at the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester, Massachusetts. These two brought such a fun group of friends and family together to this seaside resort to say goodbye to summer and hello to new beginnings as a married couple.

Things that I remember from this day:

the light

the energy

the food

and the dance floor — specifically how wonderfully weird and wild the dance floor was. (I will never forget the older family member who chugged wine out of a conch shell and showed up a bunch of 20 year olds. Thank you for that.)

But really, look at the light that we had that day.

Not bad, eh?

It was such a joy to work with these two at this beautiful location by the beach in Gloucester. I’ll never forget the way that all of these little wishes came true for them, all in one day! What. are. the. odds?!
