Summer Engagement Photos at The Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vermont

Anna and Shane are new to Vermont. Shane is a pharmacist and Anna is a sample maker sewist for a start up clothing manufacturer. Did her dress catch your eye like it did mine? Of course I asked her where she got it and yes, she made it herself!

Anna and Shane will be getting married in their home state of Nebraska but really wanted to remember this new chapter as Vermonters so we decided to meet at the Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, Vermont for their engagement session.

It was the summer solstice, so we had plenty of light, and lucky us, it was temperate and sunny — a real diamond day for a Vermont engagement session.

With sweeping vistas of the Worcester mountain range, meticulously maintained gardens and endless meadows of wildflowers, there is no shortage of locations to explore for engagement photos at the Trapp Family Lodge.

There was no better way to kick off summer than to spend it with these two at this one of a kind location.

Thank you Anna and Shane for bringing your sense of wonder and adventure to this session. I had the best time exploring with you!
