A BACKGROUND IN DOCUMENTARY FILMMAKING

I discovered photography after studying film and working on a documentary in Santa Cruz, California. Having always been drawn to visual storytelling, I became obsessed with the stillness of photography and how telling a story in this medium could capture a moment that simultaneously felt so specific and so universal.

In 2017, I graduated from Boston University with an M.S. in Photojournalism, worked as a staff photographer at a newspaper in western Massachusetts, made this documentary, and soon began photographing weddings full time. It took me a while to call myself a wedding photographer, but here I am, enjoying every second of this adventure I stumbled into.

My work is candid and fun and I think I’m pretty easy to have around. I travel all over New England for weddings and portrait sessions and I look forward to meeting you.

Lindsey was more than we could have hoped for on our wedding day, I don’t think there are enough words for this truly talented human! My husband and I have never had professional pictures taken before and we didn’t want to feel like we were posing the entire day so we were looking for the opposite. Where to begin?! Hiring Lindsey to photograph our wedding was single handedly the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. We got to know her during the engagement shoot and once we saw the photos from that shoot, we were even more excited for our wedding. We knew our big day would be captured perfectly (and it was)! Every picture we received from Lindsey is amazing. She was so helpful during our wedding to make sure we got all of the photos we wanted and she captured so many other special moments.
