Weddings are bittersweet for me. I grow close with couples as they plan their day. After their wedding passes, I deliver their gallery and wonder if I will ever see them again.

But then they decide to grow their family and I get an email to capture the next part of their story. And then they book a newborn session and all is right in my heart again.

Becca and Scott planned a small wedding on the front lawn of their new home in Groton, Massachusetts. Surrounded by immediate family and friends, the day had all of the elements of a larger wedding, but on a smaller scale. These two love to adventure together -- avid skiers and hikers -- the idea of adapting their large wedding plans to work during a pandemic was just another mountain to climb.

Ali and Pat were married in the backyard of Pat’s childhood home surrounded by all of their closest family.
